　3、妥善保存租車合同及各種單據。 
二、租用中 
　1、出車前，請您認真檢查車輛的機油、汽油、水、制動、喇叭、燈光、輪胎等性能狀況，確認制動踏板周邊無障礙物、衣帽架上無重物，確保剎車時的有效性。
　2、行車時，請您自覺遵守交通法規，系好安全帶，告誡乘車人不要將身體的任何部位伸出車外，以確保出行安全。同時請您安全禮讓，杜絕酒后駕車、闖紅燈、超速行駛、違章停車、將車輛交他人駕駛等違章行為。
　3、請您加注車輛所要求標號的無鉛汽油。
　4、攜帶兒童外出時，請您務必使用車門兒童保險鎖，更不要將孩子獨自留在車內。 
　5、當您離開車輛時，請您務必使用防盜設施，并且不要在車內放置任何貴重物品和易燃易爆物品，以免造成您的物品或車輛被盜、被損。 
　6、為保證您使用的車輛的平順性和燃油的經濟性，請正確使用車輛：油門輕踩、離合慢抬，不要長期裝載不需用的重物；不要長期使用過多的電器設備，以減少因發動機負荷過大而使燃油無功損耗。發現車輛有異響、警告燈亮等情況時應及時與我們聯系，不勞您親自動手，我們將及時前去為您排憂解難。
　7、為了您的安全和健康，請經常保持車內外衛生，及時清理煙缸、氣體打火機、易拉罐、發膠等受熱后易燃易爆物品。 
　8、雨雪天氣后應及時沖洗車輛（特別是底盤、輪鼓），以減少部件腐蝕。車輛涉水后應及時檢查發動機，若發現進水，須立即停車并通知保險公司或專業修理人員進行檢查處理，切忌再次啟動發動機或繼續行駛。
　9、當您要駕車離開本市行政區時請提前與我們聯系，以便及時為您檢查車輛、提供附加購置稅證明。 
　10、遇有意外、交通事故、車輛被盜或被損壞時，應及時與當地公安部門聯系，同時按租賃合同的有關規定，馬上與我們聯系，以便盡快辦理。 
　11、請您保管好車鑰匙、防盜鎖鑰匙、行駛證、養路費證及隨車工具與物品，請勿損壞或丟失。
　12、按時到我公司指定地點進行車輛的免費維護保養和年檢，不得超公里行駛。
  三、還車 
　1、還車時，請您認真清理您放在車內的物品，切勿遺漏。 
　2、請認真清點現金、索取發票并穩存。
