  4 提交租車所需的證明材料

  5 按車型刷取一定預(yù)售的車輛押金，繳納車輛租金

二．還車

  1 檢查歸還車輛確保與提車是一致

  2 解除預(yù)授的車輛押金并再次刷取3000元車輛違章預(yù)售押金，如無(wú)違章10個(gè)工作日后解除預(yù)授

三．其他

  1 歸還車輛時(shí)，如超時(shí)6小時(shí)以內(nèi)（含6小時(shí)），按半天計(jì)算，6小時(shí)以上按全天計(jì)算

  2 車輛租賃期間燃油費(fèi)用由客戶自己負(fù)擔(dān)，若還車時(shí)油量低于取車油量，請(qǐng)按市場(chǎng)當(dāng)時(shí)的油價(jià)補(bǔ)齊差價(jià)

  3 如減少原定的租車天數(shù)，請(qǐng)注意以下事項(xiàng)：

  A 周租/月租及以上產(chǎn)品，已付費(fèi)用恕不退還

  B 節(jié)假日租車，已付費(fèi)用恕不退還

  C 特價(jià)車型，已付費(fèi)用恕不退還

  4 車輛租賃期間產(chǎn)生的違章罰款由客戶自行負(fù)責(zé)。天天紅租車在查詢或收到客戶的違章通知后將以短信或電話提醒客戶，客戶在接到提醒后應(yīng)在15日內(nèi)自行將違章處理完畢，逾期未消除違章的客戶，需承擔(dān)200/天的違約金，如因特殊原因無(wú)法自行處理的，請(qǐng)致電天天紅租車咨詢其它處理方式

  5 發(fā)生保險(xiǎn)事故應(yīng)首先致電本公司全天救援電話，車輛損失由保險(xiǎn)公司定損后再修理;

A 車輛損傷較輕，車輛可以移動(dòng)的，請(qǐng)將車開(kāi)至就近的門店完成定損；

B 在交通道路上的碰撞事故，并由交警現(xiàn)場(chǎng)處理、出具交通事故現(xiàn)場(chǎng)認(rèn)定書(shū)，請(qǐng)?jiān)谶�車事提供交警出具的單據(jù)原件；

C 單方事故且未經(jīng)交警裁決，請(qǐng)?zhí)峁┡臄z清晰的事故現(xiàn)場(chǎng)電子版照片；

D 客戶選擇自行修理車輛，請(qǐng)?jiān)诒ｋU(xiǎn)公司定損人員確定事故修理金額后再到天天紅租車指定修理地點(diǎn)修理 ；

E 請(qǐng)?jiān)诔鲭U(xiǎn)之日起15日內(nèi)，將保險(xiǎn)理賠所需事故材料完整提供給天天紅租車，否則視為自動(dòng)放棄理賠（特大人傷事故可相應(yīng)延緩15日）。所有材料必須齊全、清晰，否則由此導(dǎo)致的保險(xiǎn)公司拒賠，將由客戶自行承擔(dān)責(zé)任；

F 導(dǎo)致第三方損失的費(fèi)用，由客戶先行墊付；

G 發(fā)生事故后，未經(jīng)公司允許，請(qǐng)勿擅自維修事故車輛，否則客戶將承擔(dān)賠償損失等違約責(zé)任，超過(guò)保險(xiǎn)公司賠償范圍或保險(xiǎn)公司不足額理賠的部分，也將由客戶承擔(dān)；

H 如在租期內(nèi)發(fā)生車輛盜搶、證照遺失或違法違規(guī)租用車輛造成車輛停運(yùn)，客戶需支付車輛租賃費(fèi)用，直到公安部門立案，車輛管理部門出具報(bào)廢證明之日。
